I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency in Hakone for a weekend getaway. The hotel staff, including the General Manager Hiroko Noguchi, were absolutely brilliant and made us feel incredibly welcome. Our spacious room had windows that opened to the fresh mountain air, and the luxurious Onsen helped us truly relax and unwind. The quality of the food, especially the fresh sashimi and Wagyu beef, exceeded our expectations, and the private dining experience was a pleasant surprise. The attentive and professional service of Mr. Masayuki Konishi, Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage, made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere, lounge area with a huge fireplace, and attentive staff made our stay truly memorable.

The hotel had a beautiful wooden lobby and the rooms were large. The staff was extremely helpful and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel also had a lovely black labrador as a therapy dog. The onsen was large and well-equipped, and they even provided transportation to Odawara on a staff shuttle.
