The room and toilet were spacious enough for us. The convenient shuttle to JR Osaka made transportation easy. The hotel staff provided an excellent solution when the airport shuttle was full, taking us to the airport in their own bus and refunding our tickets.

A pleasant surprise at Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay! The pool was a good size and the club lounge had great views. The complimentary shuttle bus was a convenient bonus. Though there were a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

I got great value for my money at the Grand Prince hotel. The room was perfect for my needs, and the proximity to the Expo centre was super convenient. The breakfast offered a great combination of Japanese and Western food, and the Italian restaurant in the hotel was a nice option for dinner. The hotel gym was top-notch, and having a 7-11 in the basement was a bonus. The front door valets were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing a high-level of service. The view from my room window of the Yokohama Bay Bridge and the giant Cosmo Clock 21 wheel was amazing. The hotel managers, Mr Okada and Ms Jen, were very helpful throughout my stay. The restaurant served delicious food, and the towels provided were white and clean. Additionally, the hotel staff provided me with an air purifier to make my independent isolation more comfortable. Lastly, the hotel location was perfect for my needs as it was close to the port, where I needed to catch an overnight ferry to Kyushu. While it may not be the best location for tourists, it is ideal for business travelers due to its proximity to Japan's World Trade Centre. the Grand Prince hotel exceeded my expectations with its outstanding staff, facilities, and dining options.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was to have more choices available.

The frequent run shuttle van to the hotel makes travel convenient. The comfortable rooms and housekeeping service were top-notch. The wifi was excellent. The wedding facilities, although I didn't attend a wedding, seemed impressive.

The staff at the Bay Lounge were friendly and courteous. The view and drinks/snacks were good. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. There was a nice gym and swimming pool area.

One specific instance was when we arrived late at night and were greeted with warm smiles and a seamless check-in process. Despite our exhaustion, the staff took the time to explain the hotel facilities and even gave us some recommendations for nearby attractions. Their attentiveness and friendliness really made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and attention to detail.

I recently stayed at the Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel offered a great selection of restaurants, including a delicious Teppanyaki option. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel provided an excellent western breakfast. Although the hotel is located outside of the typical tourist area, they offer a convenient shuttle service to explore the city. it was a great place to stay.
