We had a fantastic stay at Iam Hotel! the staff are excellent - friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. the location is perfect, right in the heart of the Namba food mall, and just a short walk from Dotonburi. the hotel is also conveniently close to a train station, making it easy to explore Osaka. the room itself was spacious, larger than the average Tokyo hotel room, and had all the amenities we needed. We also appreciated the washing machines on the third floor, a great convenience for long trips. this hotel has become our go-to choice for future visits to Osaka.

Plus, being near the metro station made it super easy to explore other places, like going to a concert in Nagai or visiting Kyoto. The lift waiting time was longer than expected, which was a bit inconvenient.
