We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was impressive. Despite the small space, the room had all the amenities we needed, including a kettle and water dispenser on some floors. The best part was the hotel's location, right next to Shinjuku station. It was so convenient for us to explore the city and easily access public transportation. Being in such a high-traffic, high-density area like Shinjuku, we were thrilled to find a hotel that offered such comfort and convenience.

Stayed here alone for 1 night. The hotel is a short walk from the metro and JR Shinjuku station. The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfy. The bathroom had modern equipment. The key card access made me feel safe. Will definitely stay again if traveling alone. highly recommended!

What a fantastic stay I had over Easter! the breakfast buffet was amazing with a variety of dishes to choose from, and they even offered complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day. the location was unbeatable as it was within walking distance of major shops and restaurants. I loved the fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection in my room.

The staff at the hotel were helpful and accommodating. We needed transportation to the airport for a group of 10, and they managed to arrange van taxis for us. The location of the hotel was great, close to Shinjuku train station and the lively Kabukicho area with many eateries around. It was also convenient for getting to Narita airport by train. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the facilities were well-maintained. No complaints.
