The sand bath and stone bath were AMAZING! High quality hot springs with large, clean pools. Great dinner and breakfast options. Comfortable room with sea view. Helpful staff and satisfying tour.

I had a wonderful stay at Hakusuikan in Ibusuki. The sand bath experience was truly unique and relaxing. The staff covered my body with warm sand, creating a soothing sensation. Afterwards, I enjoyed a delicious traditional Japanese dinner in a private room. The sashimi, tofu, and hotpot were scrumptious. The next morning, the Japanese breakfast was equally delightful. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with hundreds of pine trees and a swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Luxury Resort with Stunning Onsen and Delicious Food This hotel may be a bit isolated, but it boasts a large and well, designed complex with plenty of luxurious amenities. the spacious rooms are tastefully decorated, featuring exclusive Japanese, style facilities such as kimono staff and in, room dining. This venue is most famous for its impressive onsen, with various indoor and outdoor hot spring baths, a sand spa, and massage chairs in the changing room. the restaurant serves multiple course Japanese meals with generous portions.

Breakfast Needs Improvement Our room was incredibly breathtaking with a wonderful sea view. the buffet, style breakfast could be improved.

Great view and comfortable beds. the hotel's location offers easy access to the city center and the beach. the staff was friendly always helpful in suggesting places to visit.

The onsen was overcrowded, and the sandbath was not included in the room rate. Breakfast buffet selection was limited and not as fresh as expected.
