I stayed at Iroha Grand Hotel for a weekend getaway in Matsumoto. The location was perfect, within walking distance to stations and attractions. The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even providing sanitary products when I needed them. Communication was easy in English, and the check-out process was efficient. The room was spacious and well-laid out, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The hotel was quiet and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the calming fragrance of white tea in the lobby, it immediately relaxed me. My room was sparkling clean, and the bathtub was so shiny I couldn't resist taking a bath. The firm mattress and extra pillows provided a comfortable sleep. The location was perfect, and the Nespresso machine in the room was a delightful surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay!

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, being just a short distance from the train station. You can easily explore nearby sightseeing locations, such as Matsumoto Castle and Nakamachi, which are within walking distance. Additionally, there are famous restaurants in close proximity to the hotel, allowing you to enjoy delicious meals without having to travel far.

The twin bed rooms are quite small, making it uncomfortable for families with more than two people.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, which made it easy for me to get around during my business trip. Additionally, the hotel is also close to several popular tourist attractions and a shopping center, so I was able to explore the city in my free time. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and provided exceptional customer service.

One downside was the small size of the twin bed rooms and bathrooms. It was a bit cramped for my liking.

I had a fantastic 3-night stay at this centrally located hotel. The room was well equipped, spotlessly clean, and had a nice little view. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space to slide my suitcase under the bed. The room didn't feel crammed, despite not being big. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with plenty of room to move around. The hotel staff was friendly, and the check-in experience was pleasant. The hotel also offered complimentary soba and waffle ice cream in the evening, adding a nice touch of hospitality. The location was perfect, situated between the JR station and the castle. a great hotel experience.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Matsumoto. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to find and convenient for transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with modern and fresh interiors that were well-maintained. The staff at the hotel were excellent, providing exceptional service. Upon check-in, they were considerate of my food allergy, providing me with a note detailing which breakfast items to avoid. The restaurant staff were also informed about my allergy, showing great attention to detail and ensuring a safe dining experience.

During my stay at a hotel in Matsumoto over Christmas, I really enjoyed the great night snacks and breakfast options. It was a pleasant surprise to have such a variety of choices to satisfy my taste buds. Additionally, the front-desk staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a valued guest. The convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk from the station, was very convenient. Being surrounded by many restaurants made it easy to find a place to eat. the hotel had a new and clean ambiance, and the staff provided excellent service.

One of the downsides of the hotel was the lack of on-site parking space. Although they provided a discount ticket for an off-site parking lot, it was quite a walk away.
