During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we absolutely loved the beautiful view of the ocean from our spacious and comfortable room. It was a treat to wake up to such a stunning sight every morning. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the ski slopes was a major advantage for us, as we could easily walk to the slopes and enjoy a day of snowboarding. Another thing we really enjoyed was the private onsen experience.

One downside of our stay was that the room felt a bit cold, and we could feel drafts coming in. However, this was easily remedied by using extra blankets provided by the hotel.

We had a fabulous time at this hotel! The onsen pools were spacious and relaxing, and the local produce used in the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even helping us order food in the restaurant. The view of the ocean from our spacious room was breathtaking. We highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was big and clean, free parking, close to a ski resort, full Japanese experience with dinner and onsen.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Iwanai. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes just a short walk away. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. They even offered transportation to the slopes and helped me with dinner reservations and other activities. The breakfast was delicious, with a tasty selection of local produce and seafood.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Amazing staff, helpful and went above and beyond, complimentary coffee and biscuits, drove us to slopes and restaurant, showed us traditional Japanese robe. Full experience with Japanese dinner, beautiful bedroom, public and private onsen, helpful and committed staff, cultural activities. Small, uncrowded ski resort, great for beginners, CAT tours for advanced skiers. Great time, three-night stay.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful ocean view. The onsen has both indoor and outdoor pools, and the staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast and dinner are delicious, made from fresh local produce and seafood. Easy access to the nearby ski resort.

My partner and I had a wonderful Easter stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a short stroll to the ski slopes. We enjoyed the stunning sea views from our room and we found it spacious and luxurious. the complimentary coffee and biscuits at the reception were a pleasant surprise. the staff were exceptional, they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We even learned how to put on a traditional Japanese robe, such a fun cultural experience! the private onsen was worth the extra cost, it was so relaxing and rejuvenating.

Although we had an amazing time at the hotel, there were a couple of minor issues. the bathroom was dimly lit and a bit small, but it was clean and functional.
