The value for money at this hotel was exceptional! The room was spacious, clean, and had fantastic amenities like a small kitchen and a washer/dryer. The location was perfect, situated in the beautiful Gion district and within walking distance to popular attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast selection.

The location of the accommodation was perfect for my Christmas holiday. It was situated in the heart of the city, right between two bustling streets with a variety of shops and restaurants to explore. the larger than expected beds were comfortable, offering a good night’s sleep.

The check-in process was a bit tricky and confusing. the instructions for accessing the building were sent digitally in advance, which wasn't easy for my group who relied on the hotel's Wi-Fi.

The room was clean, spacious, and had a washing machine. Conveniently located near subway and Gion. Saw geisha in the area. Fully equipped with fridge, Apple TV, and a Handy mobile phone with free internet. Fluffy pillows and great WiFi. Good coffee nearby.

This hotel is a great value for money. Located outside of the city center, it is very close to a big park with temples, which is a great bonus for those wanting to explore the cultural side of the city. The rooms are basic but clean, and the addition of a fridge and a washing machine was super handy. Plus, the view from the room was simply stunning.

No complaints, everything was just fine.
