The friendly and attentive service adds to the overall positive experience. the buffet breakfast offers a diverse range of Japanese and western options, satisfying different taste preferences.

One aspect that could be improved is the lack of lockers in the locker room. This can be inconvenient for guests who wish to secure their belongings while using the onsen facilities.

My recent stay at Jasmac Plaza was truly a hidden gem. The location in Susukino was perfect, surrounded by bustling areas and beautiful Nakajima Park. The authentic onsen, complete with an outdoor bath and sauna, was a delightful oasis in the city. The rooms were comfortable and the buffet breakfast offered a variety of Japanese and Western options. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The hotel is located in a very lively and convenient area, close to parks and shops. The onsen is definitely the best feature of this hotel, providing a relaxing atmosphere with an outdoor bath and sauna. The breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options.

Although the onsen was fantastic, the room was disappointing. The size of the room was much smaller than expected and the bed was uncomfortable. Additionally, the price was high for the quality of the room. while the location and onsen were great, the room left much to be desired.
