The location of the hotel was amazing, right by the lake and close to the ferry. It was also conveniently located next to a good restaurant and the bus station. The room was comfortable with traditional futon beds and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with helpful recommendations and a warm and friendly atmosphere. The breakfast served in the charming dining room was delicious.

The lack of a lift, but it wasn't a major issue.

I had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located inn near Lake Ashi. the owner, Mac, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. the room was comfortable and quiet, and the Wi-Fi was good. I enjoyed the cozy lounge area where breakfast was served. Mac recommended a great dinner option nearby, and I had a memorable experience hiking Mt Byobu and taking in stunning views of the lake and Mt Fuji.
