Stunning view and outstanding spa facilities. the staff was extremely helpful and it was very easy to get around the area. the food was amazing with a lot of variety to choose from.

Room was a bit too warm, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. There was also no lotion provided, which was a hassle.

My recent stay at Jozankei Tsuruga Resort Spa Mori No Uta was absolutely fantastic. The location, nestled within a beautiful forest, created a serene and calming atmosphere. The buffet spread during breakfast and dinner was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The spacious rooms with tatami mats and massage chairs provided ultimate comfort and relaxation. The attention to detail, such as providing facial cleanser and moisturizer, was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the onsen and spa facilities were a perfect way to unwind. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. the Spa & wellness centre was luxurious, with a steam room, sauna, and treatment room. the open-air hot spring bath was especially enjoyable, set amidst a beautiful and serene natural environment. the restaurant provided a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, including local specialties.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the temperature in our room, which was difficult to adjust due to central air conditioning. the room was spacious and filled with exclusive amenities, including a massage chair and private facilities.
