The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel provides a smartphone in each room for guests to use during their stay.

the location of the hotel was incredibly convenient as it was connected to the train station, making it easy to explore all of Japan. the hotel was also situated in a quieter area by the Shibuya river, providing a peaceful atmosphere. the room size was adequate for Tokyo standards and the price was affordable. I particularly enjoyed the amenities at the lobby, including the bath salts and the thoughtful hair tie provided. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Jr-East Hotel Mets.

We had a fantastic stay at Jr-East Hotel Mets! The location was unbeatable, right next to Shibuya station with easy access to all the train lines. The famous Shibuya scramble was just a short walk away. Despite the small size of the rooms, they were clean and modern. Plus, they provided a smartphone for our use, saving us money on SIM cards. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and cleanliness.

I was able to easily explore all the major attractions in the area, and there were plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby. the staff were very accommodating and spoke English, making check-in and check-out a breeze. the room was cleaned thoroughly each day, and I appreciated the amenities provided, including a microwave and coin laundry. a fantastic experience.

The in-room technology and the modern design were impressive. the sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. the hotel was located near plenty of restaurants and stores.

We chose this hotel for our romantic escape, but the room was very small and lacked privacy. the noise from the nearby train station made it difficult to sleep at night.

As a business traveler, my colleague and I stayed at Jr-East Hotel Mets for three nights. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, attempting to find non-smoking rooms for us even though we had booked smoking rooms. Despite this, the room was impeccably cleaned and devoid of any lingering smoke scent. The easy automated check-in process and complimentary toiletries in the lobby were a nice touch. The hotel's location next to the train station was extremely convenient, allowing us easy access to Shibuya Crossings and other attractions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was definitely worth purchasing. I would gladly stay here again!
