Our stay at Jukeiso was worth every penny. The room was comfortable and had a breathtaking view. The location was great, with easy access to the shrine, and the staff treated us like VIPs.

Menu for breakfast could have been more varied.

had an amazing stay in itsukushima at a hotel with tori gate view. the service, amenities, and cleanliness were superb. loved the private spa in the room, and the dinner and breakfast were delicious. definitely recommend staying here for a pampered experience!

Excellent value for money - The hotel offers a complete ryokan experience with comfortable futon beds, delicious meals, and private hot baths, all at a reasonable price. Attentive and friendly staff - The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay, from helping guests dress in yukata to providing excellent customer service despite language barriers. Stunning views - With its location at the top of the hill, this hotel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding shrine and island. The private hot baths also provide a beautiful backdrop for relaxation.

I had an amazing stay at a traditional ryokan near the pier in Miyajima. The dinner was superb, and the private onsen with views of the Torii was a highlight. The walk around the town at 10pm was wonderfully serene. The staff provided shuttle service and were incredibly kind. The view from my room was fantastic. The hotel also had a souvenir area. I highly recommend this hotel for a taste of local culture in Miyajima.

Spent Christmas in a hotel on an island near Hiroshima. the view from the room was incredible! We could see the shrine in the harbor and a pagoda in the hills. the service was also excellent, they picked us up in the harbor and brought us to the hotel in the hills. Although the island can get crowded during the day, at night it was peaceful. We booked half-board and the food was amazing. the Japanese-style dinner was a unique experience, we even wore kimono. the general bath facilities were also great.

The wallpaper in our room was damaged and the air was a bit "heavy. " the dinner was served too quickly, we didn't have time to digest one dish before the next arrived.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the major sights, including the famous water shrine. The rooms offer breathtaking views of the torii and the town. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the in-house Japanese restaurant, with a choice of Western or Japanese options.

The building itself is a bit older and could benefit from a renovation to modernize the rooms and bathrooms.

Staying at this ryokan was like entering another world. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. the room was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking view of the iconic Tori gate. the meals at Jukeiso were delicious, and we enjoyed them in the comfort of the ryokan. the private onsen was a lovely addition to our stay. the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, even sending back the things we forgot in the room. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed the stunning views from our room, which overlooked a famous gate and the ocean. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a separate toilet and shower area. We also appreciated the convenience of having a refrigerator in the room. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the town via nearby stairs.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a couple of drawbacks. The lobby and hallways had a musty smell and the women's bath lacked a view.

During our New Year's stay, we were delighted with the beautiful view of the famous shrine and torii gate from our room. the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering us tea upon arrival and providing us with comfortable yukatas to wear. the highlight of our stay was definitely the private onsen, where we were able to relax and enjoy the therapeutic benefits. the location of the hotel was perfect, being a short walk from the village and the sea.

There were some aspects of our experience that fell short. the room itself was quite outdated and in need of renovation, with uncomfortable tatami mats that provided little cushioning.
