The staff were incredibly friendly and the tatami beds were comfortable. The common room had a cozy ambience and the kitchen was well-equipped. Renting bikes from the hostel made exploring the area a breeze. I highly recommend this hostel for travelers looking to have a great experience while visiting Fujikawaguchiko.

Awesome staff, helpful tips, booked private onsen, large, clean, well-equipped kitchen. Polite English-speaking staff, traditional tatami room with futon bed. Clean, convenient, friendly guests. Short walk from station, shuttle available, decent beds, great showers with amenities provided. Helpful, polite staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the property was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed as vegetarians. The common area was cozy and the hostel provided a calm atmosphere for all types of travelers. We loved the location as it was close to the lake and we enjoyed a wonderful bike ride. Convenient stores were also nearby.

We felt very welcomed, no complaints at all.

It was a perfect spot for relaxation and cultural exchange, like sitting in a cozy living room with international friends.

Had a great stay at this hostel during New Year. the free pickup service from the train station was a lifesaver, especially with all the luggage. the location was perfect, close to an onsen and within walking distance of eateries. the common room had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for late-night hangouts. the big common kitchen was equipped with utensils and cooking facilities, making meal prep a breeze.

The traditional Japanese bed was a bit too thin for my liking. It wasn't the most comfortable sleep.
