Spent my Christmas at this hotel and had a lovely time. The breakfast was top-notch, with an array of Western and Japanese dishes to choose from. The hotel's location was also perfect, with plenty of shopping boutiques and department stores nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure to assist us with our needs.

The room felt outdated and cramped, with not much space to move around. The air conditioning unit also did not work properly, making the room a bit too warm at times. Additionally, the shower had a half-curtain, which resulted in some water spilling outside of the shower area. Despite these minor qualms, our overall experience at the hotel was pleasant.
