Great value for the money in a spacious and comfy room. Perfect location near Mount Fuji with top-notch staff hospitality. Cons: Breakfast offerings could use more variety.

Amazing views of Mt. Fuji from the rooms and the onsen on the 10th floor. the hotel offers a taiko drum show and a nice garden to enjoy. the free lounge with drinks and snacks was a nice touch. Location, wise, a free shuttle bus and a short 10, minute bus ride to all the major sights make it convenient for sightseeing.

Guests with tattoos are not allowed to use the onsen, which was a downside. Additionally, the information about private baths in the room booklet was misleading.

We had an exceptional experience at the hotel. the cleanliness, impeccable service, and delicious food made our stay memorable. the hotel facilities, including the rooftop onsen with a view of Mt. Fuji, and the various cultural activities like a drum show, added to the charm. Additionally, the convenient bus shuttle service allowed us to explore the area easily.

The private onsen and spacious room at Kaneyamaen were an absolute treat. The friendly staff made our stay seamless, and the meals were exceptional. The serene gardens and stunning views of Mt. Fuji were the cherry on top. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a fantastic hotel in Fuji with a perfect view of Mt. Fuji. the outdoor private onsen was a highlight, as was the excellent service and delicious half board meals. Access to the club lounge and wine lounge was a great bonus. the Taiko drum show was impressive, and the room provided an unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations.

The hotel had stunning gardens that were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the calm atmosphere. the private spa baths were a highlight of the trip, offering a very spa-like experience. the staff were friendly, helpful, and well-dressed, adding to the upscale feel of the hotel. Location-wise, the hotel offered beautiful views of the surrounding area, including a stunning view of Mt. Fuji from some areas in the hotel.

The hotel lacked enough evening activities, leaving little to do after the drum show ended at 9 pm. There were few options for bars or other activities within walking distance, so guests would need to rely on the hotel shuttle if they wished to leave the premises.
