The hotel was clean and stylish, with friendly staff. The breakfast, although basic, was good for the price. The superabundance of power points in the room was a bonus beyond measure. The proximity to convenience stores and train stations was convenient and made exploring the city easy.

We recently stayed at Nijojo Shinnsenen No Yado in Kyoto and had a wonderful experience. the room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. the staff went above and beyond with their helpfulness, even assisting us in hailing taxis. We appreciated the convenient location and the availability of power converters and USB fittings in the room. the complimentary soup and drinks, as well as the provided pyjamas, were a thoughtful touch.

the staff were incredibly polite, spoke perfect English, and answered all of our questions. the breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of delicious food. the room was clean and spacious, with a fantastic bed. the hotel provided a free smartphone with internet access, perfect for navigating around the city. They also had a 24-hour recreation area with complimentary drinks and soup, which was great for us backpackers. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent hospitality and value for money.

The hotel's location is ideal, close to local amenities and transportation. The rooms were modern, bright, and impeccably clean, with plenty of storage space under the beds. The guest lounge/dining area offered complimentary hot drinks and soup, and the breakfast provided was greatly appreciated. highly recommended!

I stayed at Nijojo Shinnsenen No Yado for a short visit to Kyoto. The hotel was great value for money and located just a 25 minute walk from the Nishiki market. The staff were super helpful and the cozy room was clean and tidy. The concierge provided maps and routes for exploring the city, and there was unlimited access to tea, coffee, and other drinks. The hotel is conveniently located right in front of a train station, making it easy to get around.
