We had a wonderful stay at a hotel near Tokyo Station. the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the station and surrounded by great restaurants. the rooms were surprisingly spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the amenities provided, such as tea, combs, and toothbrushes. the staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early. We also enjoyed the free drinks and the availability of washers/dryers on certain floors. it was a fantastic value.

The hotel's location was very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Station and Nihonbashi subway station. This made it easy for me to access both Narita and Haneda airports. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Karaksa Hotel provided excellent service, with 24-hour reception and unlimited coffee, water, soda. a great experience.
