The hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible by taxi from Karuizawa Station. The staff at the hotel provide a warm welcome and escort guests to the check-in area. The rooms in the North Wing are spacious and clean, with a comfortable king-size bed and tatami bedding. The onsen in the room is a great addition and perfect for relaxation. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food options, leaving guests satisfied. The hotel also has a small gym and open onsen for all guests to enjoy.

The hotel restaurant may sometimes have a limited number of tables available, causing guests to book dinner time slots.

Great room and comfortable bed! Also, the breakfast was amazing with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The location of the hotel is also great, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The staff was not very friendly and welcoming. They did not seem interested in catering to our needs and were quite rude at times. Additionally, the parking lot was very limited and we had to park in an inconvenient spot. our experience was not very enjoyable due to the negative staff interactions.
