I recently stayed at a charming ryokan along the Red Line Bus Route in Japan. The hotel provided a convenient pick-up service from Kawaguchi station, making getting there a breeze. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the lake, especially during the sunrise. The public hot spring bath, with a view of Mount Fuji, was an added bonus for relaxation.

The staff is helpful and friendly, and the lobby has an old world charm with beautiful views. The location is great, with a walking distance to the train station and convenient shuttle service.

I had a smashing stay at this hotel, full of character and charm. The hotel may be a little bit worn and scruffy, but it adds to the bygone age feel. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. The reception area had a classic style and the rooms were reasonably large and comfy, with an area to sit and work. The best part was the view of Fuji or lake Kawaguchiko from some of the rooms. Additionally, the hotel offers a traditional Japanese breakfast that was tasty, extensive, and filling. They also provide a shuttle bus for easy transportation.

The location was excellent, with easy access to town by walking and to buses for biking around the lakes. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to the nearby station. I particularly enjoyed the sauna on the top floor, which offered a stunning view of Mount Fuji.
