As women traveling alone, we loved the spacious room with a tatami living room and twin bedroom. The friendly staff provided free pickup and drop off at the station, making our stay even more convenient. The onsen onsite was a great bonus, adding relaxation to our trip. The breakfast, in true Japanese style, was amazing and highly recommended. The location near the lake and convenience stores and restaurants nearby made it even better.

The hot spring pool was quite basic and couldn't accommodate many people at once. It would have been more convenient if the rooms had their own toilets.

This hotel has everything we needed as young people - indoor public bath, yukata, and public amenities. The public bath was clean and a good size. The location was convenient, just a 20-minute walk from Kawaguchiko station, with a bus stop right outside the hotel. The owners were incredibly accommodating and even offered to drive us to the station. The best part was the stunning view of Mount Fuji from our room. The breakfast was delicious and homely too.

the staff at the reception desk were very kind and helpful, especially the woman who spoke great English. the hotel had a lovely onsen on the first floor, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. My Japanese-style room was bright, clean, and had large windows with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. the hotel even provided a shuttle service to the train station, which was incredibly convenient. I also highly recommend trying the delicious dinner at the hotel.
