I recently stayed at this hotel in Hirayu and it was a fantastic experience. The private onsens were a real highlight, with options for indoor or outdoor hot springs available. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions like Matsumoto, Takayama, Kamikochi, and the Shinhotaka Ropeway. There were plenty of local restaurants and bars within walking distance. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with traditional ryokan amenities and a private shower and bathtub. The on-site massage service was a nice touch too.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with comfortable sleeping mattresses. The hotel offers a variety of bathing options, including a private bath in the room and indoor and outdoor onsens. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

The breakfast was diverse and well-prepared. the location, close to the bus station, made it convenient to get around the area without any trouble. I also enjoyed the traditional Japanese room that was clean and comfortable.

The hotel lacked any form of entertainment or activities, making it boring and dull. the options provided for dinner were few and limited to just a few pasta dishes.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The traditional Japanese style rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with big windows offering stunning views of the mountains. The highlight of our stay was definitely the four private Onsens, two indoor and two outdoor. We had the freedom to use them whenever they were available, which was most of the time. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel welcome. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal, making it a perfect base for day trips to Kamikochi and Mt. Norikura. The breakfast was delicious, the internet was fast and stable, and the room even had a heavy safe for added security.

This place is highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
