The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from every staff member we encountered. The hotel offers excellent service including dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and room amenities such as heating, air conditioning, terrace. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant and the bar/lounge area.

This place is easily accessible to many tourist spots, even though it is a little bit away from the Airport. It is within 9 minutes walk from the subway station and 5 minutes walk from another subway station. The staff was super courteous and professional, always friendly and helpful. They even liaised on my behalf with the tourist information and lost and found department, helping me find my lost phone and arranging its collection at no extra cost. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with amenities like Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area. The room itself was cozy, with a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities like heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. my stay here was extremely comfortable and enjoyable.
