You could easily explore all around the city and the train stations were conveniently located nearby. the decor and amenities were nice and clean, and the staff were friendly despite the language barrier. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from every staff member we encountered. This place is easily accessible to many tourist spots, even though it is a little bit away from the Airport. It is within 9 minutes walk from the subway station and 5 minutes walk from another subway station. The staff was super courteous and professional, always friendly and helpful. They even liaised on my behalf with the tourist information and lost and found department, helping me find my lost phone and arranging its collection at no extra cost. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with amenities like Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area. The room itself was cozy, with a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities like heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. my stay here was extremely comfortable and enjoyable.
