The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had an efficient air purifier. The hotel is easy to find from the train station and is conveniently located near restaurants and a hot spring spa.

Convenient location for Sanrio Puroland visitors. Affordable compared to Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo in Shinjuku. 24-hour convenience store nearby. Short walk to Tama Center Station. Well-themed Hello Kitty room with souvenirs provided.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The hotel is located in a beautiful area surrounded by modern hilly residential neighborhoods, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The staff here were amazing, they helped me change my check-in date seamlessly and were extremely friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities like free WiFi, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The bed was incredibly cozy and I slept like a baby every night. Moreover, the hotel is conveniently located near a train station, making it easily accessible to explore the city.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.
