loved our stay at this hotel! second time in kyoto and this place exceeded our expectations. staff was super accommodating, kept our luggage before check-in. room had all the essentials, plus a convenient convenience store downstairs. enjoyed the onsen and the location was perfect for exploring the city. highly recommended!

The room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic shower. the location of the hotel is great as it is situated close to downtown, but also not too far from other popular areas. What I enjoyed the most was the extra amenity of the spa on site. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The first is that there was no view from my room, but in all honesty, it wasn't a big deal for me. the second issue was with the staff.
