the staff at Keio Presso Inn Otemachi were extremely kind and helpful. I had a problem with my Japanese phone card and they spent over 30 minutes assisting me with a smile on their face. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a decent size and functional layout. the hotel is conveniently located, only 750 meters away from Tokyo Station and 300 meters away from the Mitsukoshimae subway station. the area is quiet, making for a comfortable stay. the heating in the rooms worked better than other hotels I've stayed in, and the staff even helped me with a special luggage request. it was a great experience.

Convenient Location, Friendly Staff, Free Breakfast

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the hotel's convenient location close to major transportation hubs, making it easy to explore the city. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options to start my day off right.

My experience at this hotel was marred by several negative aspects. the room cleaning policy, which only occurs once every three days, was unacceptable, and the requirement to take my own trash out was both inconvenient and unprofessional.

We loved the convenient location of Keio Presso Inn Otemachi, just a short walk from Tokyo Station and the Mitsukoshimae subway station. The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to solve any issues we had. One particular staff member spent over 30 minutes helping us with a problem with our phone card, always with a smile on their face.
