We had a great time at this guesthouse. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the subway and bus stops. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. The rooms were clean and well-organized. We really appreciated the helpful instructions for check-in and check-out, as well as the information provided at the front desk. we were impressed by the hotel facilities and the cozy atmosphere they maintained.

Had a wonderful stay at this hostel during Christmas. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The room was surprisingly spacious and the big lockers were perfect for storing all our belongings. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hostel location was ideal, just a short walk away from karaoke, bars, and delicious restaurants. , the proximity to the subway made it easy to explore all the amazing sights Kyoto has to offer.

Although we had a great stay, there were a few minor downsides. our room was located near a water pump, which made a constant humming noise throughout the night.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The pool was large and enjoyable, perfect for families. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was one of the best I've ever had, although there was often a wait for a table. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with special mention to the bellhops who were incredible.

The location was perfect, conveniently close to shops, buses, trains, and attractions. The common area was cosy and a great place to relax. Plus, they offered free tea, which was a nice touch.

The location of this guesthouse is excellent, close to Nishiki market and the Gion quarter, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The staff was professional and friendly, always willing to help and provide useful information. Another great aspect was the cleanliness of the shared bathrooms and the whole hostel in general. It was spotless, making me feel comfortable during my stay.

One downside of this guesthouse was its size. As it is quite large, when a big group of students arrived there was a queue for the showers and toilets in the morning, which was a bit inconvenient.
