I recently stayed at a great hostel called Khaosan World Asakusa Ryokan. The staff there were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English very well. The location was perfect, as it was near Asakusa Station and close to all the main tourist spots in Asakusa. The free WiFi provided was also a bonus, and it worked really well. The common bathroom was always clean and well-maintained, which was a plus.
