We stayed at a delightful ryokan in a quiet location. It was close to the Geiko district by the "female" river, making it convenient for exploring the traditional culture of Kanazawa. The room had a great view of a lit Japanese garden, and the service was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was superb, and the traditional Japanese decor added to the charm of the place.

The wifi was a bit weak and slow, which was a minor inconvenience for those needing to work on their laptops.

The attention to detail, warm hospitality, delicious meals, convenient location, stunning building.

I had the most wonderful experience at a traditional ryokan in Kanazawa. The property had an interesting history and was in a great location. The rooms were spacious and quiet, and I loved the private onsen. The meals were exceptional, especially the tempura dinner by Chef Iida. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and delightful experience.

the exclusive amenities in our room exceeded our expectations. the restaurant on site was impressive in both atmosphere and the delicious breakfasts that were served. Being centrally located made exploring the surrounding area a breeze.

The public bath, while beautiful, was not as private as we had hoped, as we were sharing it with other guests. This minor issue was soon forgotten as we were pleased with the level of service we received from the polite staff.

The historic building was charming and the staff was attentive. the vegetarian meals were exquisite and they accommodated my appetite. the location was convenient and within walking distance of most points of interest.

The food quality was poor and not up to our expectations compared to other ryokans we have stayed in.
