Spending my Xmas at this hotel was a delightful experience. The outstandingly friendly and helpful staff were my best aspect of the stay, making me feel like a VIP from the moment I arrived. The food offered at the ryokan was divine, with a variety of tastes that added to my experience. the shuttle that was provided to the city center made it easy to explore the area. the room was cozy and comfortable, giving a feel-at-home experience.

The only downside I encountered was the limited space in the room. The room seemed a bit cramped for my preferences.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provided us with all the necessary information about the area. Secondly, the attention to detail was outstanding. From the beautiful yukatas provided to the aroma burner in the room, every little touch made our stay extra special. Lastly, the location was perfect. Situated in the heart of the onsen area, we were able to easily explore the town and enjoy the local hot springs.

All aspects of our stay were absolutely fantastic.
