We had an exceptional stay at this peaceful hotel in Kinugawa Onsen. The stunning view of the ravine and the sound of rushing water created a truly serene atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and the fast cab ride from the train station was convenient. The Japanese-style dinner in our room was a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was conveniently near the bus stop, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The rooms were comfortable, and the futon provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a great variety of options, and the onigiri made by the cheerful old lady was a delightful touch.

The staff's attitude was the worst - rude and unable to communicate in English.

Friendly and helpful staff, good variety of food for breakfast and dinner, and a nice hot springs experience. It was great to have green tea available at the onsen and to enjoy the peaceful and quiet surroundings.

The location is quite far from the main tourist area and there is not much to do nearby. the rooms are a bit outdated and could use some improvements.
