I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was an outstanding experience. The value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices that included top-notch service and attention to detail. The location of the hotel at the top of Nozawa Onsen village was perfect, providing easy access to various dining options and public bathhouses. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms, especially the combination Japanese-western style rooms, were beautifully designed, spacious, and comfortable. The traditional Japanese breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious and a delightful way to start the day.

Nice Japanese artifacts decoration and spacious rooms but that was the best of it. It's in a good location, just a short walk from the main attraction. One of the advantages we enjoyed was the Japanese breakfast, which was a good way to experience local cuisine.

The hotel lacked in many areas. the staff seemed unorganized and not very friendly.
