Spacious room for 2, but assigned for 4. Kiroro mountain great for learning skiing, with good ski school and activities for kids. Lobby is grand with high ceilings. Small convenience store in lobby and larger one near some restaurants. Skiing area at Sheraton, shuttle every 10 mins. Snow world next door has fun sleighs and tubes. Many restaurant choices, need to book ahead.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The hotel had a shuttle bus that took me to the ski center in just 10 minutes, making it really convenient. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a good variety of delicious food. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most of them spoke English, which made communication easy. the hotel was clean and had great facilities. The location in the mountains was perfect for a ski vacation.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had an incredible experience at The Tribute Portfolio in Akaigawa. The views from our balcony were breathtaking, with snow-covered trees creating a winter wonderland. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot onsen, especially the relaxing mineral one outside. It was pure bliss soaking in the 41-degree pool while snowflakes gently fell around us. After a long day of skiing, this was the perfect way to unwind. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty dishes and beverages. Although the dining options were a bit pricey, the food was exceptional. The hotel staff, especially those from Indonesia, were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome with their excellent language skills. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel for a memorable stay.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in a beautiful resort area surrounded by snowy wooded forests and mountains. The location was perfect for skiing, with ski facilities and a snow park nearby. The hotel provided a shuttle bus that took us to the mountain center and even to Otaru station, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel's public bath was spacious and provided a relaxing experience after a long day of work.

Spent the Christmas holidays at this resort, and had a great time skiing. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the spacious room was perfect for our family and had a beautiful view of the surroundings. We also liked the fact that we could easily buy our ski passes and rentals in the hotel. the ski area was well-organized and we didn't have to wait in long lines. the variety of ski terrains was enjoyable.

The breakfast area was really crowded in the morning, so we had to look for a table for a while. Dinner reservations were recommended because the restaurants got very busy.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location in the mountain resort area was perfect for our family, as we love skiing and snowboarding. The hotel provided a shuttle bus that took us to the ski area, and it was so convenient. We didn't have to wait long at all, as the bus came every 10 minutes. It was great to be able to just hop on and be ready to start skiing.

In terms of dining, there was only one restaurant available, the steakhouse. While it wasn't our preferred choice, the quality and taste of the food definitely made up for it.
