Our experience was marred by the poor customer service. Despite being in a romantic setting, we were disappointed that staff members spoke very little English and were unhelpful when it came to navigating the area. Additionally, we found the facilities to be quite outdated for the high price point. while we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, the negative aspects left a lot to be desired.
