We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff at the reception were very kind and accommodating, despite some difficulties with English communication. The hotel's location was excellent, making it easy for us to walk to the nearby train station and explore the surrounding area.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

This hotel provided complimentary items which were a bonus. It was strategically located in the heart of the city centre which made it very convenient to access all tourist attractions with ease. they had an amazing Wi-Fi experience.

There was lack of amenities to keep the guests clean as there was no face wash or even hand soap provided. Finally, the front desk clerk was not welcoming, even during a cash exchange, only credit card was suitable.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a convenience store just a stone's throw away and downtown within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are lovely, cosy, and clean, with comfortable beds and beautiful views of the city. The hotel also offers useful facilities such as washing machines and microwaves.

Some guests have mentioned that the bathroom clogs easily and requires regular maintenance.

Conveniently located near Kobe center and train station. Check-in and check-out were quick. Comfortable and clean rooms. Non-smoking hotel. 7/11 across the street. The Luminarie festival was nearby. The staff was professional and friendly. Spacious room with a large, comfortable bed. Clean and simple amenities. The room had a huge TV with Netflix. I highly recommend this hotel.
