I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is perfect, situated closer to the train station and in a serene area by the bay. The staff provided excellent service, from the moment I arrived till the end of my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony that overlooked the harbor. The amenities provided, such as the mini-bar and in-room safe, added to the comfort and convenience of my stay. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities were top-notch, with a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a jacuzzi.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the nearby Kobe towel. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the city every 20 minutes. The onsen facilities are satisfactory, and the massage service is enjoyable. a pleasant stay with attentive staff.

The staff was very accommodating and the rooftop onsen was a must-see! the views from the rooms were also spectacular. the fact that we were able to drop our bags off before check-in and they were carried up to our rooms was a nice touch.

The hotel was located quite far from the train station and there wasn't much to do right around the property. It would have been helpful if there was a shuttle bus or more information provided on transportation options.
