We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was amazing, as it was just a street away from Chinatown and within walking distance of everything. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially at the receptionist in and out service. They were able to easily accommodate my request for a late check out. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, and a trouser press. The free toiletries, refrigerator, and electric kettle were also appreciated. We loved watching the flat-screen TV in the cozy and carpeted room. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great places to relax after a long day of exploring.

Additionally, the hotel offers facilities like a coin laundry and loaner umbrellas.

They also had a program called Green Coins that encouraged guests to help save the environment. I had a pleasant experience.

Convenient location, polite staff, unique room design, good for shopping and foodie area, nice common area, helpful with luggage storage.
