We loved the excellent location close to bus stops for skiing and to all the ski resorts. the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile, ensuring we had a fantastic stay.

The Twin Room at Kokoro Hotel Hakuba was cozy with a stunning view of Hakuba mountain. As a family who loves nature, we enjoyed waking up to such a beautiful sight every morning.

The staff were amazing, helping us book a last-minute restaurant on New Year's Eve when everywhere else was fully booked. the room had a beautiful view, and the location was super convenient, just a two-minute walk from the bus terminal and shops. the only downside was the slightly outdated room, but it didn't bother us much considering the fantastic service and overall experience 😊.

I felt like a skiing royalty surrounded by the majestic Northern Alps peaks. The hotel's bar made me forget I was not a local Japanese whiskey connoisseur yet. Cons: the duplicate image only every six years in the exhibition; missed it – so devastated.
