I had an amazing view from my room at Kokusai 21, overlooking the beautiful mountains. It felt like I was staying in a suite, with a spacious room and a small couch area. The bathroom was great too. The staff provided excellent assistance on how to visit the snow monkeys, giving me easy-to-understand maps. The location was convenient, with an easy walk to the Zenkoji Temple. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nagano.

While my stay at Kokusai 21 was fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. Adjusting the hot and cold water in the shower was not comfortable, and the noise from the toilet was a bit loud.

This hotel is in a great area and very close to the city center. It is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable and have modern fittings. The staff is friendly and speaks English, providing excellent service. The buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious options. There are also several restaurants in the hotel, including Dona Dona, where you can enjoy a tasty meal.

The menus in the restaurants could have a bit more variety and be more accommodating, especially for lunchtime and in terms of English translations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. its location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the famous Zenkoji temple and surrounded by a plethora of wonderful restaurants. It was also not far from other popular tourist spots in the area.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving stay at a hotel in the heart of Nagano. the view from our cozy room was breathtaking, overlooking the snow-capped mountains. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. the reception staff was really helpful and gave us detailed information about how to visit local attractions, such as the snow monkeys and the Zenkoji Temple. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants.

That the lobby cafe and snack cart were out of food items a few hours before closing, which was a bit of a bummer. the coffee served was adequate, but it didn't quite meet our expectations.

The staff was professional, room was spacious, good daily cleaning, complimentary bottled water, quality green tea.

Can't fault the property.
