Amazing views, spacious rooms, friendly staff, delicious food, and a relaxing outdoor hot spring. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable even offering to pick us up when we had trouble with transportation. Communication was not an issue even though we didn't speak Japanese or English well. Parents and children all left satisfied.

I recently had an incredible stay at a hotel nestled in the stunning Kuju mountain ranges. The attention to detail at this hotel was exceptional - from the cozy rooms with the best views to the friendly and hospitable staff. One highlight was the hot spring, which was truly magical. The water had a unique quality that I hadn't experienced in other Japanese hot springs. And let's not forget about breakfast! The food served was delicious and satisfying, setting us up for a day of exploration in the mountains.

All was just right, couldn't ask for more.

Absolutely stunning! the view was breath-taking, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We were treated to delicious, fresh meals, and all our questions were answered patiently. the room was spacious, and the kotatsu was perfect to warm up after a cold evening out. We loved that the location was peaceful and secluded, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. the onsen was magical and added to the relaxation of the holiday.

The location is more suitable for those driving; however, this wasn't a huge issue for us.
