This hotel is in a prime location right in the center of the city, with the castle just across the street. The staff are excellent and helpful, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The hotel even offers the top floor for castle viewing, which is a great experience for guests.

As longer term business travelers, we were extremely satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The large room with its comfortable bed provided the perfect space for relaxation after a long day of work. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were taken care of. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, giving us a sense of comfort and peace of mind. The breakfast offered at the hotel was excellent, providing a delicious start to our day. Additionally, the convenience of parking right outside the hotel door was a major plus. The central location of the hotel made it ideal for exploring Kumamoto, with the Castle just across the street. We also appreciated that the hotel allowed guests to use the top floor for castle viewing.

We stayed at Hotel Castle for a couple of nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming and spoke English fluently, making check-in a breeze. Our twin room had a lovely castle view and although it was slightly small, the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to both the castle and a range of shops, restaurants, and transport options. We also appreciated the option of valet parking for a reasonable fee.

The restaurant on the ground floor was nothing to write home about, and the same can be said about the room decor. The artificial flowers on the floors seemed out of place and made the ambiance feel somewhat cheap.
