The breakfast had a variety of healthy options, and I loved the happy hour where I could get a free drink. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me, even using handheld translation devices. The room's heater worked efficiently, and there was a convenient Lawson's next door for other meal options.

Couldn't fault anything.

The hotel's location was a bit far from other areas and had poor connections to other transportation options. It was difficult for taxi drivers to find the hotel, especially at night.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was close to many restaurants and the busiest railway station in Japan. I enjoyed taking the bus with the day pass to easily navigate around the city. The view from my window on the 14th floor was amazing. I appreciated the small public bath and the convenience of having Lawson's next door. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Nagoya.

The rooms were comfortable, with a double bed that was super comfy. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of delicious vegetable-based options, perfect for pescatarians like myself.

The Wi-fi connection in the hotel was unreliable, occasionally causing delays in loading webpages.
