We had a wonderful stay here. The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is close to the city and offers breathtaking views of the ocean from the comfortable rooms. The staff here are incredibly polite and enthusiastic, always going out of their way to assist us. The lobby is a peaceful and welcoming space that we thoroughly enjoyed.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Convenient location, close to the city with ocean view rooms. Polite and enthusiastic staff. Comfortable and quiet lobby. Wonderful pool and kids play area. Lots of amenities with unique room setups. Friendly and accommodating staff, some can speak English.

Spent Christmas here and it was a great time! Amazing view of the ocean from my room and the private onsen was awesome. the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. the hotel's kids play area was convenient and kept the little ones entertained. the shuttle service to nearby locations was a plus, especially since the key location sites were all close-by.

The decor was a bit outdated and the rooms could use a renovation. the food was okay, but not great.
