During Christmas, I stayed at an onsen hotel and the surroundings were beautiful, with snow covered trees and ice sculptures in the garden. The onsen baths were varied and clean, with a sauna that was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and approachable with basic English.

The buffet food was not up to standard. The meals lacked variety and flavour.

The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. Perfect location with shuttle service. Amazing on-site onsen. Delicious kaiseki dinner and breakfast. Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly and polite staff. Highly professional and kind employees. Great food, full of seasonal taste.

Staying at this hotel felt like indulging in luxurious indulgence. The moment we arrived, the friendly staff welcomed us with the utmost hospitality, whisking us away to our exclusive room that was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The private facilities were stunning - we enjoyed the natural onsen baths that were unbelievably relaxing. The cherry on the top was the delectable cuisine, which was hands down one of the best culinary experiences we've ever had.

There was one minor issue that bothered us - the location was slightly secluded, and we had to commute through a slightly narrow road to reach it, which was slightly inconvenient. However, the free shuttle services provided by the hotel more than made up for it.
