We stayed at Umekoji Kadensho for a leisure trip for three nights. the hotel was exceptionally clean, offering tatami floors and free snacks like yakult and soba noodles. the buffet breakfast featured unlimited salmon roe and a tuna mash. the proximity to the subway and a nearby 711 added to the convenience. the private onsen experience with a lounge for ice cream was a highlight. The traditional Japanese ambiance, yukatas, drink corner with various teas, amenities, and pillow options were fantastic. Cons: I would recommend this hotel.

Loved the private onsen bath, complimentary noodle evening, cozy rooms, and comfy beds. Easy access to train station and bus for exploring. Cons: Felt super comfortable, nothing too much trouble.

Umekoji Kadensho is a delightful retreat with exceptional staff who are English-friendly. the clean and relaxing facilities include private onsens, tatami mats, and complimentary sweets, ice pops, and drinks. Guests enjoy a traditional Japanese experience with kimono-clad staff, various amenities, a variety of pillow options, and board games. the onsen and delicious meals add to the outstanding stay.

Long wait times for baths.

I stay at a cozy place where staff kindly let me have a late check, out. On, site car park, restaurant, massages, and board games suit me well. With 24, hour service, security, and air conditioning, it's my go. I always return content.

Great value for money, spacious rooms with traditional decor, super convenient location near the station, and incredibly friendly staff made our stay at Umekoji Kadensho memorable.

The breakfast experience could be improved with the addition of slippers for walking around the restaurant area.

There was not much to dislike about my xmas stay. However, I would have appreciated more information about the hotel’s location and accessibility to nearby tourist attractions. Additionally, although the personal onsen experience was relaxing, I wish there was more space in the onsen. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

Being right next to the train station was a huge plus. the staff was exceptional, English friendly, and the facilities were clean and relaxing. The room was clean and relaxing, with comfortable tatami mats and a serene atmosphere. The hotel also had amazing facilities, including a private onsen and a relaxation room. I particularly enjoyed the free sweets and drinks that were available at certain times of the day. the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from.
