Kyushu is such a wonderful place to explore and our stay at this hotel made it even more special. We were warmly greeted by the staff upon arrival and the hot springs experience was absolutely amazing. The outdoor and indoor baths were so relaxing, especially after a day of hiking near Nita pass. The traditional Japanese decor in our room added to the charm and the half board with delicious Japanese meals was a treat. I highly recommend this hotel for a rejuvenating and memorable stay in Kyushu.

During my new year stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel. It was immaculately clean and offered amazing views of the surrounding mountains. the staff was very welcoming and helpful, and their local knowledge helped me to plan my activities so that I got the most out of the area.

Although the hotel had plenty of good points, there were a few things that I disliked. I found the breakfast on my second day to be a little disappointing compared to previous days.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing western-style beds for a restful sleep. The bathroom facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast options are varied, offering a combination of Japanese and Western dishes. Guests can also enjoy the onsen experience, with both indoor and outdoor options available.

The private onsen in some rooms may lack the desired level of privacy due to the proximity of a public path.

Located near the hot springs, we received warm welcome and car service. Outdoor and indoor hot springs were relaxing after hiking. The half board rates included good breakfast and excellent Japanese dinner. The room had comfortable beds and local decor.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel tucked away in the mountains. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and helpful staff who ensured that my every need was met. The location of this place is simply breathtaking, with stunning views from the room that almost resembled a Japanese painting. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. The amenities, including the heating, air conditioning, and terrace, added to the overall comfort of the stay. The housekeeping service was impeccable, ensuring that everything was clean and tidy.
