I had an excellent stay at this hotel due to its cleanliness, convenient location next to the train station and variety of tasty food options in the plaza nearby, including delicious ramen shops. the staff were friendly and the spacious twin room with separate toilet and shower rooms was a plus.

Nothing to fault, truly a perfect stay without any issues.

Perfect location near train station, bus terminal, and tram. Nice staff who upgraded my room for free. Very spacious and clean room. Excellent breakfast with many options. Beautiful views of the harbor from the room. Soundproof windows with minimal noise. Polite and English-speaking hotel staff. Close to tourist spots and attractions within walking distance.

Great value for money and fantastic location. the hotel is situated next to the train and bus stations, making it easy to explore the area. the onsen was a highlight and a great way to relax after a day of exploring. the breakfast buffet was delicious and affordable.

The room was a bit cramped for a party of three, and the cleanliness could be improved. Our room had handprints on the windows, and there were hairs in the bathroom.
