Perfect location near train station, bus terminal, and tram. Nice staff who upgraded my room for free. Very spacious and clean room. Excellent breakfast with many options. Beautiful views of the harbor from the room. Soundproof windows with minimal noise. Polite and English-speaking hotel staff. Close to tourist spots and attractions within walking distance.

Great value for money and fantastic location. The hotel is situated next to the train and bus stations, making it easy to explore the area. The onsen was a highlight and a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was delicious and affordable.

The room was a bit cramped for a party of three, and the cleanliness could be improved. Our room had handprints on the windows, and there were hairs in the bathroom.
