We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. Everything from the facilities to the service provided was top-notch. The rooms were spacious and charming, offering us a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, especially after a day of hiking in the mountains. We were able to enjoy the beautiful views and unwind in the onsen, which was a great way to rejuvenate our tired bodies. The staff here thought of every little detail, from the coffee machine in the room to the ice pops outside the onsen, ensuring that we had a truly memorable experience.

We stayed at a hotel in a remote location, and although it was a bit of a drive to get to the nearest restaurant, the peacefulness and tranquility of the surroundings were worth it. After a long hike to the Asahidake volcano, we were grateful to have the onsen area to relax and rejuvenate our tired muscles. The hotel even had a store nearby where we could buy some locally made socks as souvenirs. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy different tastes. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, with stunning natural scenery.

We were disappointed that the hotel did not provide wifi in the rooms, which made it difficult for us to stay connected during our stay.

Excellent staff, comfortable rooms with amenities, convenient location near Asahidake ropeway. Onsen and free midnight ramen were pleasant surprises. Rich and delicious breakfast. a relaxing and lovely place for rest and hiking.

We had a relaxing stay at a charming hotel nestled in the gorgeous mountains. The spacious room, comfortable mattresses, and fresh coffee in the morning were delightful. The onsen, with its outside baths and variety of bath products, was truly rejuvenating. Though the staff didn't speak much English, they were friendly. The European lodge decor added a unique touch, and despite being in summer, it still felt cozy. The only downside was the limited hiking trails nearby, but for a short stay, it didn't bother us. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.
