The rooms are spacious, quiet, and have beautiful views from the balcony. The indoor and outdoor pools are wonderful, and the Japanese restaurant serves delicious breakfast. It's conveniently located for those driving, with easy access to town and the Convention Centre. The overall atmosphere is pleasant and the gardens provide a relaxing environment.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel by the seafront on the west coast of Okinawa. The location was simply breathtaking, with beautiful views of the ocean from our spacious room. The hotel provided top-notch service, with room service, car hire, and laundry services available. The staff were friendly and helpful, with some of them speaking English. We also loved the fact that there was free Wi-Fi in the rooms, making it convenient for us to stay connected. The hotel also had excellent leisure facilities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, and even a jacuzzi. The beach access was a big plus, allowing us to relax and soak up the sun. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Okinawa.

Friendly staff, fluent in English. Good value room with balcony and sea view. Nice local restaurants nearby. Shuttle bus to and from Naha Airport. Convenient location for driving to town and convention center. Large, quiet room with beautiful interior. Lovely pool and garden. Excellent Japanese restaurant.

Spacious rooms fit 4 people with 2 double beds, extra bed, and sofa bed. Included breakfast adds value of money. Short walk to tropical beach. Nearby restaurants with English menus. 15 min to American village by taxi, less than 45 min from airport by bus or taxi.

The staff at the hotel were extremely accommodating, even when we needed to make changes to our reservation. The amenities, such as the pools and Onsen, were great and the common areas were very nice. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and the rooms had a good size with a nice view of the ocean. There were also nice local restaurants nearby and a shuttle bus to and from Naha Airport.

We felt well taken care of during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

Despite the hot room, the hotel had some nice amenities. the indoor and outdoor pools were great, even in November, we were still able to enjoy swimming. the sauna room was also a nice touch, providing a relaxing option for the evenings. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. the breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options. it was a nice hotel with good facilities and attentive staff.

The rooms were quite hot and the air conditioning didn't seem to be effective enough. We had to open the window every night just to get some cool air in.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even though we didn't speak the same language. They offered us a complimentary breakfast and upgraded our room. the location was prime for our business trip and we were able to easily access walking paths and running trails.

The hotel lacked nearby shopping and restaurants, making it difficult to find food options outside of the hotel. However, we were able to enjoy our stay overall and appreciated the efforts of the friendly staff.
